NB1: KidWind Travel Grant (Beverly Murdock)

Issue:  The KidWind high school solar team, La Wai, has won the right to participate in the KidWind Worlds the first week of May 2024 in Minneapolis. $1,186.13 has not been spent of the KidWind class fees.

Solution:  Allow the left over KidWind class fees be used for travel grants for the participants and coaches.

Relevance to Tax Exempt Status:  None

NB1A) Move to waive seven day advance notice to consider Motion B

NB1B) Move that remaining funds of $1,186.13 from KidWind class fees be used for travel grants to support high school solar team, La Wai, competition in KidWind Worlds. This competition will be held the first week of May2024 in Minneapolis. Grant amounts and recipients will be selected by Justin McMillen, the team coach. The Treasurer and Bookkeeper will approve and disburse the grants.
