- Dawn Martin was appointed as the co-steward for the Purcellville lower building Multipurpose Craft Room (previously framing shop)
- There were three motions regarding what committees. The first was around a requirement for the Membership Chair to notify the Board if the committee want to make any material change in Membership requirements.
- The second was related to the number of in-person and virtual New Member Orientations and the third was about the role and responsibility of the steward or chairperson, in the event of a disagreement in a committee. Neither motion received a second so the motions as written were not debated or voted on. The discussion on this moved to Open Discussion at the end and there was more discussion about the composition of committees and how someone officially joins a committee.
