This committee subcommittee is formed to assist new members to become acclimated to the organization’s processes, rules, culture, and safety. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Developing and providing materials to simplify the on-boarding process (i.e.,
    Welcome Kits and Web Content)
  •  Assisting new members in setting up accounts on our various electronic platforms
  • New Member Orientation slides)
  • Hosting New Member Orientation
    Hosting events
    for the education of new members
  • Getting new members started on projects
    Helping to introduce new members to the space and other members
  • Assisting the Membership Director with programs and projects
  • Regularly meeting as a committee
Standing Meetings will be the second Wed from 7-8 PM at MS-Leesburg. Check the last months minutes for changes


It was formerly a freestanding committee and was rolled into the Membership Committee at the May 2021 Board meeting.
