Thanks to Jason Gilligan for all of his work as chair of the committee.  Please contact a Board member if you are interested in chairing this committee.  The Marketing Committee helps with our community outreach and oversees the various events that we participate in to find new members.  Some or our past events have been the Leesburg Flower & Garden Show, MAGFest, Loudoun Pride, & the Catoctin Harvest Festival.

New editor with newsletter.  Second month producing a newsletter.  Diane will stay on to support with content.  Melissa Kowalski trained JennaMany thanks to Melissa Kowalski for overseeing our newsletter over the last few years.  Jenna Conn has expressed an interest in becoming the new committee chair.

Cleared out the bay and arranged for donation of concrete and labor. Plans to bring in CnC Plasma Cutter.  Waiting for the concrete company to tell us when they will do it.  Huge Thanks to Mike Keen for bringing his scoot skidded.  Filled potholes with rest of gravel.  Thank you to Mike Davis for transporting the skit steer. Workday this Saturday from 9am to noon.    Air compressor and drill press in were down but are now up an running.  Green room cabinet project.

  • Approval was given to remove the walls dividing the classroom space from the front room in the basement and apply an epoxy coating to the floor.   Mark Milsap will be leading this effort.  Look for opportunities to volunteer soon

Cutting extruded acrylic on the laser can cause a strong odor.  Please limit the amount of extruded acrylic you cut or go to Purcellville to use the laser there.  DO NOT cut extruded acrylic using the passthrough in Leesburg under any circumstances.  We have neighbors with health conditions that can be affected by the fumes.
